While watching an interview recently with singer, writer, producer James Ingram he told of how his Father taught him growing up not to try to do anything, but to do it. There was never any “I’ll try to be a singer.” Or “I’ll try to write.” Or I’ll try to get a record deal.” It was I’m just going to go out there and do this thing!
If you’ve got a dream it can be achieved. Find out what you need to do to make the dream happen. Get on your knees and pray about it, and ask God if this is something that you need to pursue or not. If God says yes, then formulate a workable step-by-step plan and make it happen.
You are a child of the King! You’ve got greatness in you. If God is for you, who can be against you? Don’t be afraid. If you are in God’s will the doors will open. If God gave you the dream He will help you live it out.
